Michigan Youth Ensembles

Going into its 64th season, the Michigan Youth Ensembles (MYE) program brings together over 250 young musicians during the school for weekly, Sunday rehearsals. The educational goals of this initiative are to minimize the barriers between high school and college and to work together in preparing students for higher education. In addition to learning and performing in a stimulating environment, participants are conducted and coached by University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance faculty and students. Every semester culminates with performances by all ensembles.
